I have recently ended my subscription, and am finishing off my old Tournaments, in one I have 2 skulls but when I claim them, nothing happens.

The opponent doesn't show as on vacation.

Is this normal as a newly non-sub?

    Cheers

I'm fairly sure that the time controls are the same for subscribers and non-subscribers.
The only difference I'm aware of is that subscribers have the vacation option.

Can you provide further information such as the game id number, or the opponent's name for the games you are having a problem with?

One of the game IDs was: 15178524

But they've moved now, so cannot take a timeout now anyway.

Just wondering if I can now not see when someone is on vacation.

Paul, if someone has booked vacation, you should see the icon.

It looks like you have 19 games in progress, and only one opponent has run totally out of time.
That player has not moved in 568 days.
The opponent is "norfolk & good", and the game id is 14537614.
The last move was made on 10/17/2021.
You should see a 'skull' by that game on your 'my games' page.

If you don't see a skull, you should send a feedback giving full details such as the game id number, opponent name, etc.

There was a skull, no vacation sign on the player, and when I clicked the skull it came up with the message "do I want to claim a time out?", I say yes, but then it did nothing.

I will try reporting it officially, as two games I lost out on claiming.

    Cheers
