Listen now to the lesson I teach.
If you need the toilet, better bring bleach.
Don't sully the seat, don't sully the floor.
If you do pack your cases, I'll show you the door.

ahem, ladies and men, may we now segue to another aspect of daily life in the prehistoric village at the edge of the free flowing river limpopo [that once was a mere stream of some elder's consciousness]: we'll be needing your thoughts on the assignment of the jobs of 'hunter/gatherer' and 'medical doctor' and 'guru of all things of a spiritual nature'.

I want to be the medicine man.
He has a cool job and is the most
important man in the village.
His Counsel is always asked
before any decision is made.

I would pass a law re introducing polygamy.
I will have 6 wives and rest on Saturday
because that's when the football is on.

Right so we have the football loving "doc" with the six wives. I'll take on the job of spirit gatherer. I'm sure there's a all night convenience shop down where the Limpopo makes a hard left turn near where the hippos do there thing. I must remember to watch out for the crocs. They are sneaky beasties and will take advantage of the slightest slipup.

A puppy would be less demanding.

As I am the one in charge of the Spirit(s) I think we may be able to some kind of "understanding" concerning any fees.

Good choice. You get a new one, what, about every 10 years (on average)? And they love bones...you know like t-bones and that ilk.

Someone said to me once, if you locked your wife in the trunk
of one car and your dog in the trunk of another for 3 hours.

When you opened them, which one would be glad to see you?

So we now have a "doc", a spirit(s) gatherer now we need a hunter (of the euphemistic wild buffalo "😉). Any takers?

I could, in my spare time, take that on but I'd expect a hot tub down by the river and a water buffalo to help with the towelling of the veggies.
