Half a year from now my top-5 list of songs may be entirely different, but as of this moment in time, these are the ones that rock my world.
Rescue Me – Reynettes
Dink’s Song – Dave van Ronk
Summer Wine – Nancy Sinatra & Lee Hazlewood
Mexico – The Ventures
Heavy Bells – J Roddy Walston & the Business

Too difficult, but here's my top 5 Zeps:
Rain Song
Kashmir
Ten Years Gone
Stairway
Ramble on
Immigrant Song
In My Time of Dying
When the Levee Breaks
Gallows Pole
Good Times, Bad Times
Over The Hills and Far Away
I am fascinated by "Hey, Hey, What Can I Do", which, until 1990, was only available as the B-side to the "Immigrant Song" 45 rpm single (outside the UK, sorry). I recall there was a video on YouTube a while back showing some kittens in viking helmets rowing a boat thru the waves to "Immigrant Song". It was awesome.
There are too many good Zep songs, but my top 5 would be:
Kashmir
When the Levee Breaks (go, Bonzo, go!)
Ramble On (points for mentioning Gollum and Mordor)
Immigrant Song (way, WAY too short)
Hey, Hey, What Can I Do
Going to California
Battle of Evermore
I know, it's 7, not 5, sue me.

Eva Cassiday - Time after time
Jimi Hendrix - Little wing
AC/DC - Its a long way to the top (Bon Scott)

My way - Frank Sinatra
Autumn Leaves - Eric Clapton
Unchained Melody - Righteous Brothers
She - Charles Aznavour
Summertime - Ella Fitzgerald & Louis Armstrong
These are some of the songs I never get tired of.
I've got 27 songs rated 5 Stars in my music collection, but I'll pick 5 that are lesser known.
Animals as leaders - CAFO
Hurt - Pandora
Liquid Tension Experiment - Biaxident
Dream Theater - Erotomania
Andrea Vadrucci - Super Mario Bros 2 theme (I'm a drummer and former video gamer, so I'm biased towards this stuff)

Agadoo by Black Lace
Driving rhythm and sharp witty lyrics make this a classic.
Cheeky Song by The Cheeky Girls
Overtly sexual but with a sensual hidden message in the lyrics.
Barbie Girl by Aqua
Clever condemnation of consumerism set to wonderfully rich melodies.
Ebony & Ivory by McCartney and Wonder
The song that single-handedly ended apartheid
Shaddap your Face by Joe Dolce
This classic ballad kept Ultravox's Vienna off the number 1 spot in 1981.
I heartily recommend them all.
