Hmm. Maybe I'll give it a try someday. As Remington Steele, Brosnan seemed like a lightweight. Maybe not enough bass in his timbre? Or maybe the sound engineers hated him for some reason? I do think he got better with age, though.

Pierce Brosnan was maybe my favourite Bond: (1) his Irish ethnicity was welcome and (2) his films had the right level of tongue in cheek - something a wee bit lacking in the last couple of decades.
