Is me not being permitted to thumb up all my own posts a restriction of my freedom of speech?

I tried to give my OP a thumbs up but I am prevented from doing so.

Thanks but you being able to speak on my behalf doesn't address the egregious truncation of my rights.

I got your six.
You get mine and we'll call it (mostly) even--- since your opinion is only worth 3/5's, you're really coming out ahead here.

I feel as if - in a specific way - that my ability to act anonymously with regard to myself has been silenced on this thread ~ at least in so far as support for my OP is reflected in the number of thumbs up it has received. .

In order to make my voice heard, I actually do have to make it heard, and cannot use it silently ~ other than to literally say nothing. This isn't how free speech is supposed to be.

Why don't you start a religion, enforce some strick hierarchical thought and behaviour control then get the more gullible members to make oleaginous replies to your posts.

What sort of man would try to give himself a thumb up? 😲

Well I've been "self-medicating" and doing self-examinations all my life. And, I would just pull a hamstring if I tried to do it with my big toe.

There is no thumbs sideways.

In reality, this thing you call freedom is nothing more than an illusion.
