1) I've been enjoying drinking a nice hot cup of water. Just plain ol' water. There's something kind of nice about it. Just heat up a cup of water like you would with hot tea and it try it.
2) Try taking a shower with the lights off in your bathroom. I've done this before and it's interesting. Complete darkness and a nice warm shower.
3) Try drinking water as yo ...[text shortened]... he water is going straight through your body and right out into the toilet. It's relaxing in a way.
