1) I've been enjoying drinking a nice hot cup of water. Just plain ol' water. There's something kind of nice about it. Just heat up a cup of water like you would with hot tea and it try it.
2) Try taking a shower with the lights off in your bathroom. I've done this before and it's interesting. Complete darkness and a nice warm shower.
3) Try drinking water as you're taking a leak. It feels like the water is going straight through your body and right out into the toilet. It's relaxing in a way.

@suziannesaid There's a reason why sensory-deprivation chambers are filled with warm salt water, it's to mimic the sensation of being in the womb.
I'm glad you mentioned that. It reminded me that someone was trying to start up a floatation-tank center in my vicinity, and it seems like that is still in the works, with an opening planned for this fall.
