If there is one thing I want from a “friend” (online or offline), it’s consistency. Consistency is what you can rely on, it’s what makes people reliable.
Let’s take Suzianne for example; she is utterly consistent. I might disagree with her (and she with me) and we argue the toss etc, but I will bet a thousand bucks that IF I was her friend, I could rely on her. Same with Rusty, and even the Badger.
But some people are inconsistent, they flit from one mood to another, they switch allegiances at the drop of someone’s knickers, they “go with the flow”, they are butterflies who flutter through life dreaming of unicorns and rainbows and leave a trail of real life broken relationships behind them.
