Ray Kennedy helped Liverpool win the First Division five times (1975–76, 1976–77, 1978–79, 1979–80, and 1981–82), the FA Charity Shield four times (1976, 1977, 1979 and 1980), the European Cup three times, (1977, 1978, and 1981), and the UEFA Cup (1976), UEFA Super Cup (1977), and League Cup (1981). He also picked up runners-up medals in the FA Cup (1977), UEFA Super Cup (1978), League Cup (1978), and World Club Championship (1981).

A true legend RIP.

It's with great sadness i say this, the Lord called my sister home today around 8:50 AM MST. When I was about 5 years old my mom told me I had a baby half sister. Sis and I had the same dad. During my lifetime, I'd look at the moon at night and wonder where she was and what was she doing. In 2002 I got a letter froma woman wanting to find her long lost brother. After a phone call I finally knew where she was, and what she was doing. I was so fortunate that she decided to come and stay with us for about 10 days. It was the best time of my life. I enjoyed her company, she was a fun person to be with. When the time came for her to go home, I cried like a baby. I immediately felt a loss. We kept in touch online. With her passing now, I have a stronger feeling of loss. My heart goes out to her mate Joe, her sons Ken and Dave. I'm terribly sorry for our loss.
I love you baby sister.

Haven't heard that name in ages...could have been world class player, but kept mostly to UK tournaments. Then went into academia...but played lots of correspondence chess at top levels...
