Naturally, using traditional methods everything's guaranteed.

Generally undergraduates acquire really awful natural tendencies, even eating doughnuts.

(Nutmeg is the inner kernel of the fruit of the nutmeg tree, which mostly grows in the spice islands of the Far East. Remove the soft outer skin and inside is a bright pink soft layer which is used to make mace, inside that is a hard casing which is cracked open, inside which is the 'meg', a hard, round seed which is grated onto food. Very valuable spice, and very delicious as a flavouring! If you want to read a good book, google 'Nathaniel's Nutmeg', which is about the spice wars between Britain and Holland, who controlled most of the spice trade back in the day. (1700,s) Britain still held one small island called 'Run', which the Dutch eventually traded for a swampy island in the middle of nowhere which was called New Amsterdam, which later of course became New York (Manhatten Island), so that was a good deal for the Brits in the long run! We have nutmeg trees growing in the garden.)
