Not fibbing. The sixties was a blurr. Seventies too. I got the year right I know because I was on the east coast at that time. I'm trying to remember now the song I heard in that time and place. I could have sworn it was Jumping Jack Flash. I was hopping back and forth across this country so often I can't always remember clearly what I heard and where I had heard it.
Nevertheless Jumpling Jack Flash is probably my all time favorite. The song that is! I'm not so impressed with The Rolling Stones.

No. I don't think that your memory is your problem. I think it's your pride. And not just in this matter. Furthermore, how can Jumping Jack Flash be your favourite Rolling Stones track when they also had the song Wild Horses? 😉

Why would you think pride is at issue? I spoke honestly when I said I was obviously mistaken about the year, and I told you why too.
I guess being critical about individuals motives feeds your ego.

Pride is your problem here, generally speaking, is what I meant. Furthermore, I'd say you probably have a more obvious problem with your ego in terms of the way you behave here than I do with mine. You have been hypercritical of my motives here for years - stridently so - about which I have no complaints, but it does make your last sentence (above) kind of odd and revealing.
