Soylent green, nice.

Joke aside, shmeat (a.k.a. frankenmeat) is abhorrent and despicable.
Since it requires technically sophisticated production methods, it is close
to impossible for communities to produce it, increasing dependence on
global corporations.

Nice x 2. Enjoy your dystopian world.

Oh, you must mean 'mystery meat'.

That's what we always called it in school. That meat where you weren't quite sure, and couldn't quite figure out, what it was. Finding a vein in it always significantly raised the "ewwww!" factor.

electric sausage,
blended protein...
the end result is quite palatable,
but the process should never be seen...

Yeah, getting to kill some animal first makes the meat taste better. Well done!

Why are you people frightened about this subject? Don't deny it - the whistling in the dark is obvious. It isn't the economical and ecological benefits, who cares about that. It's the bloodbath. The pain and suffering and misery. The horrible terrible overall situation. omfg let's whistle and crack crude jokes and pretend we don't live on a slaughter-planet where we wrap flesh in plastic and stack it up
