@drewnogalsaid Seems I may have this ‘super cold’. Still feeling rough, coughing for 6 days now, told you it was bad. Is it a cold, the flu or Covid? Took a pcr test this am.
@great-big-steessaid As you rightly pointed out I am neither of those but just a friend trying to come up with a guess as to why the problem seems to persist. 👍
You may have said asking a medical person more qualified might help.
@very-rustysaid Then she hasn't seen the right people yet.
Or, has a very rare disorder of some kind, just a wild guess, like yours of course.

Well, still stuck at home having horrible coughing spasms so RHP is my main source of entertainment. Still waiting for the results of my PCR test which was posted on Saturday. Spoke to a very nice GP yesterday who said I sound like I still have a viral infection which can take a couple of weeks to clear so I thanked him for his precious time.
There’s been a big rise in cases of abuse of the people working in the health and social care sector in the UK due to people’s frustration with waiting lists, loss of work etc. Last year we were out on our doorsteps applauding them 😢

@drewnogal Well, if it is COVID and you've had symptoms since you started this thread (at least 8 days) you've probably had the virus at least 11 days so things will hopefully start to improve for you soon. From what I've read the second week is often the worst. It was for me.
BTW this post was typed by one of my cats who disclaims all responsibility for pretty much anything despite blatantly being the one who clawed the top of one of our chairs.
