I took my time over the prose. Enjoying the deeper meanings of some of the stories.
First - #12
Second - #11
Third - #2

Too bad there is only 3 places for all th egreat work here.

Get a towel, Bobby. Wipe that egg off your face.

I once knew a fellow prone to acting the Big & Noisy Man Role... walking and chattering all day long behind a smeared lipstick girlie boy avatar mask.

I would say NO, as BIAS could show its ugly head! 😛 😉
The Prose competition has worked the same way for years now without any claims of bias. The organiser only gets one vote for his top three entries, so couldn't skew the results in any meaningful way.

Let's keep this on topic please and let this matter drop once and for all.

She's just an exuberant soccer fan, Bobby, not a lipstick-smeared "girlie boy."

Why don't you just grow a pair and apologize to everyone for disrupting the thread?

My initiative in try ton ...[text shortened]... eran that you are, would attempt to squat on another member's team spirit and enthusiasm.

Let's keep this thread to the votes themselves. After the voting, the debate can begin.

I don't want to start removing off-topic posts so lets allow people to vote and start the debate once voting is completed.

sure thing, gimme a moment to read the entries, although one is hardly qualified as a
literary judge.

That is true ffor all of us. It woukd certainly have helped to have a catalogue of objective criteria, however then most people wopuld not take part.

This is presumed to be enjoyable ! Cheers
