@Great-King-Rat
That people voted for a person who claimed to be immune to the law (I could shoot a person on 5th Avenue) was the same in different colour.

TDS KICKIN' ass
TDS is a bunch of deranged people thinking Trump is a great president, and they're all actively trying to ruin this country by encouraging said president to be a half-wit.
@Suzianne saidSomeone else once said, "blessed are the meek," you know, and they adored him for it.

Well, this time, it's not the meek, it's low IQ sheeple. Sheeple too have rights and legitimate political concerns. He insults them to their faces, calls them stupid, says he loves them for being stupid, blesses them for being sheeple, blesses them for applauding someone who mocks their lack of intelligence; he has truly become their Messiah, that's why they adore him. And, oh, how he adores being adored--it does not matter to him how low the bar is.
Yes, stupid people too have legitimate political concerns; however, it is not a good idea for a nation to be led by stupid people.
Same goes for Mitch McConnell: senile people too have rights and legitimate political concerns, they should not be abandoned by society; however, it is not a good idea for them to be represented by senile senators.
@moonbus saidThe thing is that we all knew who Donald Trump was. I remember him being laughed off every time he said he was running before. We already knew what kind of rich boy scumbag he was. He never had a political machine behind him to lie about him to America. And then he came back at this particular time when he'd been out of the spotlight for so long that stupid America had all never heard of him and so they all thought he was legitimate. But the left all seemed to remember what a blowhard and a liar he was.

@Suzianne saidSo many people have been let down by decades of trickle-down economics, that they are fed up with goobermint. They want to see a wrecking ball taken to the White House, to the injustice system, to international alliances, to democracy itself--because it failed them. They knew Trump is a conman, they didn't care then, and they still don't. They want him to demolish a system they see as having failed them. They don't care how much money he and his family and cronies make doing it, so long as he punishes 'the system' which failed to give them "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness."

I understand their collective rage--I just don't agree with their solution to trickle-down economics, and I think they have grievously misread their own sacred documents: they were promised "the pursuit of happiness", not the attainment of it.

As illustrated in this video, where Trump mocks his sheep and then a woman in red behind him laughs and mouths “that’s true”.
I swear, it would be too absurd even for the movie Idiocracy 😲
@Great-King-Rat
Trump does not appeal to people on a cognitive level at all. They’re not listening to the content of what he says at all, and that’s why they don’t care that he lies all the time and is often incoherent.He’s reaching them on a visceral level.
@Mott-The-Hoople saidTrump publicly bragged you'll clap at the stupidest things he says. Doesn't that mean you're the one deranged ones?
