So, I wrote to appease him in his own words...'Should the 'state' execute me? ' He wants to say state for some reason, which is the only executioner, being quite superfluous.

So he has now drawn attention to my 2nd phrasing of the question, I guess to muddle it all up. I am not muddled.
This one has a history of never answering. Marauder , your fluff is as boring as a rock. I will answer for you. You would want the killer of your mother's brother to be executed.

There you go lying again. I never suggesting anyone go easy on him. I suggested he might get away with murder because the health insurance industry in this country fears what a trial would reveal. In other words, the health insurance industry would find itself on trial in his defense so they let him and his lawyers get to say "double jeopardy so you cannot prosecute him again". If the judge and courts agrees he walks.

Stop making up BS lies!

What he pled to in Federal court makes him eligible for two life sentences:

"MANGIONE, 28, of Maryland, pled guilty to one count of interstate stalking resulting in death, which carries a maximum potential sentence of life in prison, and one count of cyberstalking through use of interstate facilities resulting in death, which carries a maximum potential sentence of life in prison."

No sentencing judge is letting him "walk". At best, he'll avoid a State trial though I have my doubts the double jeopardy claim will succeed in NY courts.
