Obama, who is certainly a Socialist, on the top of the hill looking down, said 'we are going to spread the wealth around'. That is wealth redistribution. I have no idea what you are talking about. If I make $100 today and my neighbor makes $10, I will not distribute a portion of my money to him. I will give it to whomever I want to.

How boring. Everyone, in a locality all of the residents are asked to send in some money to pay for all the usual amenities like police and hospitals, maybe a baseball field. This is collected in the form of taxes. MB writes his usual elementary post. I bet you all knew that, and that you knew the amenities, roads, sanitation, etc are shared by those citizens. So, their money has been equally distributed into a fund to pay for all that.
