Why don't you either let other posters decide whether your posts are fair or whether his are fair, or, if you are really "opposed" to what he is doing to you, report it to the moderators?

YOU brought up the concept of "fair" i.e. "It is fair to point out ........"

I dispute it is "fair" to point out that someone is a foreigner when evaluating their arguments.
