Err no no he’s not, the building I work in has an asbestos register that has to be checked before any building maintenance can be carried out.
It’s ok though any decent sanitarium will have a register too.

If you knew Dutch and European law on this matter, then you'd know that asbestos removal does happen.

However, in places where there is next to zero chance of fire and the asbestos is secure, then it doesn't need removing until rebuilding, refurbishing, etc.

Using an isolated incident involving asbestos as an excuse to grab land. Why do you demonize farmers for wanting to keep their land? Why don't you just make private land ownership illegal? What the Dutch government is doing is a lot like communism.
