Will the new chess have female queens or trans?

Rooks will now be called crooks?

Pawns will be called gender identity confused children?

It really does glorify a medieval structure and discrimiantes against non-Christians with Bishop, then rubs it in by calling the common man a pawn.

First of all, you can't EVER discriminate against Christians. After all, they all deserve anything that comes their way. That is because they are all inherently evil since it tends to cause people to put the notion of God before the state.

Secondly, we are talking about a game created in a society with systemic racism. Therefore, everything that comes from that society must be destroyed. Think of the pieces on the board as mini statues of confederate generals. like Christopher Columbus.

Say, what battle in the Civil war did Columbus fight again?

In German the "Bishop" is called "Läufer" [runner] so we are fine in that respect.
Pawns are called "Bauer" [Framer] which is probably also less incriminating.

“Farmer,” not “framer.” Typo error.

"Läufer" has taken on a whole new meaning now. It means [one who looks away]

The German word for the knight is “Springer” — possibly because it springs over other pieces.

The king is called “Koenig” which is a direct literal translation, but the queen is not called “Königin” which would be the direct literal translation, but “Dame”. Go figure.

For historical accuracy, I guess we should find out the original Persian and Sanskrit names for the pieces.
