What do you mean by Ulster Unionist? (Aside from the political party)?

I lived in Northern Ireland for a brief period, and I never actually knew about the orangemen.

The DUP is the new unionist party, having supplanted the Ulsters.

I have this weird fascination with monarchy, despite being opposed to it in practically every way. I guess I find it fascinating how many royals manage to cultivate this image that they are anything other than normal humans, and that people believe it.

you don't necessarily agree with her, but she understands women's issues, huh

issues that she suggests might be better addressed not by someone competent, but by someone with the right genitals. how is this different than men suggesting women aren't fit for certain jobs.

i must admit though, the article doesn't seem to be all sexisms. it's much more an incoherent mess in which it doesn't say exactly what is that she wants.
