EDIT - From the US revolutionary days, to today's hardcore gangsterism, to the militia folks, to the Libyans - the anarchist peoples' militia will lose in battle to a military. An army - even a mediocre one - will steamroll right over them if they don't get supported by another nation's real military.

Vietnam too. Fallujah. Costa Rica. Etc.
