Perhaps it has something to do with this year being the 50th anniversary of the release of Dr. No, the first Bond film, but this film is highly reminiscent of classic Bond films in its feel and demeanor. We've had many Bond films lately b emorable Bond film in ages. A little long at 143 minutes, but every minute is worth it.

Right you are. I just viewed this film last week, and it was fantastic! Clearly the best Bond film I've seen in decades.

Latest news is that Skyfall has passed $1 billion in worldwide box office.

It is the 14th film to ever do so.

Avatar and Titanic stand alone as the only films to top $2 billion.

I watched it yesterday and enjoyed it. I never really liked the slightly cartoon-like aspects of earlier manifestations of Bond. I think this Daniel Craig phase is my favourite in the history of the franchise.
