I think in this occasion he was sincere. He has been keeping track of our lead for a while now. He made predictions from the start. I think you are also spot on about the salt but I think he was sincere. But I would not bet my home. lol 🙂 😲

I believe Gertrude has played both sides against each other for years. I 've seen it and anyone who hasn't seen it just is ignoring it. I don't think anything about Gertrude/Lemondrop/Gerty is Sincere!
