You haven’t addressed the question.
You knowingly recruited a player fresh off a ban from clan play.
And a player with a well documented history for at best, questionable tactics in his games, and worst, outright cheating and rating manipulation or what you like to call sandbagging when you toss the accusations at others.

You as a clan leader are well aware of the history of this player.
Yet you recruited this unsavoury character.

Lets discuss corruption a little furthter here.

You have a Clan member who is playing 400 points below his playing strenght, who already got a suspension for cheating in Clan play. He is purposely playing 400 points below his playing strenght to win games quickly.

You yourself are playing below your playing strenght, as I've played you several times now and you have more wins than I do, yet you as a rule have a lower rating, by fixing your rating so you stay at a certain rating, do you can finish your games quickly.

You will not take on any more players as that would throw your whole scheme off as they could lose some of their games. Very orginized but very corrupt. Far as I am concerned the 2nd place Clan is playing by the rules and deserve to be in 1rst place.

It is only about 3 months in, soon the clan leaders will see what you are doing and not play you two anymore. I never did consider 2 people a clan, and have stated that many times. Proves my point on WHY it is not a good thing to let this continue to happen. Hopefully Russ will also see this!!!

Show me one of our Clan Members that are rated 400 points below their true rating. In fact show me a player on any Clan with the exception of your own (Mctayto) who is playing 400 points lower than his playing strenght. Of course you would take a dozen like Mctayto playing 400 points belong their playing strenght!!!

You yourself are a 1500 plus player!!! I know because I played you and you beat me 3 to 1 and I was lucky winning the one I did, but yet you play your clan games as a 1300 something player!!!!

Yes, I have indeed many times said one or two people should not be considered a Clan. All your doing is a robbie tactic trying to get focus away from the fact Mctayto is playing 400 points below his playing strength and you are playing below your playing strenght also, although not by as much as him.
