Our clan is right in the thick of competition in the early going.
In fact, there is healthy competition between the clans this year.
2nd to 6th place bunched tightly together.
Only abberration out there is a 2 player clan that has more than double the point total of any other clan.
A 2 player clan that is not recruiting anyone except one 1100 rated player who is winning 3/4 of his clan games.
An 1100 rated player who was recently reinstated from an 18 month suspension from clan play.
And during his suspension had his rating as high as 1500.

When would you like me to start posting links to some of his tournament games to this forum ?
You know. The games he has been tossing to keep his rating at 1100 for clan game opponents.
Without naming names, I would assume Mctayto is on probation and maybe Russ is watching.

I see a lot of lopsided challenges that you have made
hopefully most clan leaders are smart enough and will just ignore them

Put the lopsided challenges out there.
You've been yapping about them for years.
You should have no shortage of examples.

that clan would be foolish to accept your challenge

that is why your clan has been so successful these past years
you can deny all you want
but the smart leaders know the truth
the truth has been known for years
you have taken over a corrupted clan and continue in its corruption

You are talking about a challenge that is still in pending status.
Meaning they haven't responded to it yet.
Or sent a counter offer back to us yet.
The negotiation is still underway.
You are squawking about a challenge that hasn't been set yet.
Have you pm'ed the clan leader yet telling them to not engage with us ?
Because that is what you and others have been known for (Mctayto's profile says it all)
Is that the best you've got ??

On another note, this isn't just about Metallica, just as it wasn't in 2016 when carrobie pulled his shenanigans.

Right now there are half a dozen clans that feel they have a good shot of dethroning Metallica this year.
Just look at the current standings.
I wonder what they must be thinking when they see a 2 player clan piling up the points like your clan is right now.

You talk about uneven challenges.
We are talking about you misrepresenting a player as an 1100 rated player.
A player just back from a ban for abusing the clan feature that relies on good will.
After you and Mctayto and others spent years accusing others of sandbagging.

The facts will present themselves soon.

I have seen many clans with players presently below their historical rating strength.
I may be new to the clan leadership world.
But I know the score.
You make statements about others and try to convince the clan community that they only apply to those you are pointing the finger at.
If you want to see someone playing well below their strength, look in your own clan.
And then ask yourself why you are piling the games on your own clan member.

Maybe better would be you explaining why Mctayto has been winning 70% of his games with your clan.
While with his overall record on this site, he has won 35% of all his games.
Or maybe why he is now 400 rating points below his high rating he achieved before bring reinstated for clan games and joining your clan.

I'm asking you.
You recruited him. Knowing everything there is to know about him.

I am going back to enjoying my stint as clan leader of the dynasty clan.
A learning curve to be sure. But I will be fine.
And the competition is great this year.
Once we all disregard the blip.

Shorty deserved the break he had coming to him.
After all, a 5-peat is hard work. 😛
