I returned to playing chess c4 yrs ago after a break of 30+ years. Objective was to improve my rating to 1500 within 2 yrs. I managed that but, largely by playing friends with lower ratings than my own. Hence the fairly gradual upward trend. Retaining that rating when challenging opponents with equal or higher ratings than my own has been more problematic. Are YOU up to the challenge?
Tournament Entry Rating is calculated by the formula (CurrentRating + HighestRating) / 2. The entry rating will never drop to more than 100 points below your Highest Rating.
Rated stats are updated within 24 hours of the last completed rated game.
