My dad taught me chess basics when I was a teenager, inspired by New York GM’s Bobby Fischer, Sammy Reshevsky, Frank Marshall, Arnold Denker, Reuben Fine and Arthur Bisguier. Retired, in New England, I learned from Canton High School Chess Coach Robert Rice. I like to chat, to at least keep some human aspect in the games.
