I'm down to the part about Straw Vulcan.

So far I see you unhappy that Craig refers to some writers and artists in their opinions.
This you complain it Argument from Authority.

I simply see him referring to people who share an opinion.
If you complain about every "This person said this ...." as an argument from Authority, I don't know how you can simply refer to anyone.

I'd have to read the words of Craig again and see if he is really saying "Because so-and-so said thus and such, it has to be true."

I take it as supporting agreement with a view. That's fair.

Have you read the Bible yet? The Bible is about Jesus Christ.

Have you read it? Large parts of it are not about Jesus at all.

Read my post carefully. I didn't say the Bible was all about Jesus.

But all of the Bible is about Jesus Christ.

The point I was making originally was that the Bible isn't about Paul or John.

Read your own posts carefully. There isn't much difference between those two statements. And both are false.

But it does contain theology from both Paul and John. And some Christians seem to prefer Pauls theology over Johns.

So true.

Whatever promises of God there are, in Him [Christ] is the Yes and Amen to God.

2 Corinthians 1:20-22Darby Translation (DARBY)

20 For whatever promises of God [there are], in him is the yea, and in him the amen, for glory to God by us.

Paul and John ministered the same thing. They used different words and phrases.

We speak of Paul's tent making ministry and John's mending ministry.
The former prepared the church life.
The latter was a ministry of repair to bring the believers back to the beginning.
This was like the mending of broken nets for fishing.

John wrote of essentially the same Gospel as Paul wrote.

Gary Kasparov played essentially the same game known as chess that Bobby Fischer played.

Styles differ.

Then you are very bad at reading. Because the 'Straw Vulcan' part is at least the 6th fallacy I accuse him of.

If you have got that far and only spotted one [and failed to understand even that] then your comprehension
is so bad this may be utterly pointless.

You've got a real nerve. Since when have you responded to my requests like this ?

My favorite debunkings of Richard Carrier are my own debunkings of him.
