It's easy. Don't take it personally; it would be easy for anyone.

There is no Messiah.

Therefore:

Fabian, you are not the Messiah.

Now an indirect proof:

Assume that Fabian is the Messiah. This would mean that there was a Messiah, which would contradict the fact that there isn't. Therefore Fabian is not the Messiah.
awesome logic

I was never Muslim and I wasn't serious about converting.

I heard a story that some 'bad aliens' would project a 'Jesus hologram'
on top off a cloud so they could woo the public.
Apparently they've scrapped that idea.

probably not but what if?
What if the 'invasion' has already taken place.

And in another sense are we not aliens? Alienated from each other and the rest of the universe because of our beliefs and fears.
It takes a wise man to admit when he is deluded.

If Jesus appeared in the sky and only addressed issues with Christianity and totally ignored the multitude of other religions then yeah, there'd be no point taking it seriously. If he addressed the issues with every religion as well as with agnosticism, atheism, faith whalism (not that there could be any issues with that one), etc., then it'd be worth listening to. But pretending that only one religion has issues, and having no religion or having every other religion is perfection -- that's bogus. But just think of how annoying it'd be, for him to have to repeat his message in every single language until everyone on the planet heard what they got right and what they got wrong.

I think there is nothing in principle that precludes a level of evidence that god could provide that would predispose a rational agent to believe that god was real.

The question then moves on to why god doesn;t provide this. I'm open to suggestions, but I warn you, I've heard plenty, and they are lame so far. Still, dear reader, maybe you can do better?

What, even th OT? How do you reconcile it then?
