Not really. I think God made the universe to operate within some basic guidelines for it to continue into existence in the forseable future [millions of years], without Him having to interfere. Its like nature on this earth, basically operates in harmony so that life can proceed.

Satan and God apparently were pals at one point so Satan knew these rules. maybe that is why God cannot touch him until the appointed time ie at the close of an age ..maybe thousands or millions of years from now.

Just my theory.
