So you are at odds with Roman who apparently treats religious knowledge the same way that he does salvation, that it comes to him without any effort on his part?
I'm happy to concede that only by becoming a Christian will anybody truly understand what it means to be a Christian. But to equate Christian knowledge with spiritual knowledge is arroga ...[text shortened]... Christian somehow makes him a better interpreter of the Bible than an atheist or non-Christian.
Daily reading and hand-writing of the Holy Bible, along with God’s indwelling Holy Spirit, are all that’s needed, amigo!
The Holy Spirit’s role in the life of a Christian is vital; don’t underestimate that!
“But the Comforter, who is the Holy Ghost whom the Father will send in My name, He shall teach you all things and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.“
(John 14:26)

Romans says he has written out large portions of the Bible. Don't underestimate him.

it gives him powers and abilities far beyond those of mortal men. Don't underestimate him.

'I take none of the credit for being able to recall appropriate Bible verses and passages. It’s all the doing of God’s Holy Spirit indwelling me!'
That, and Google.
Originally posted by @thinkofoneThat’s true; I have. And it’s been a tremendous blessing. Immersing oneself in God’s Word by hand-writing it - and speaking the words as one writes them - is a joy I wish more Christians would experience.

Total blessing!

When one hand-writes the Holy Bible, his or her concentration on God’s Word is greatly magnified - even more so if one speaks the words as he or she writes them.
A blessing I wish more Christians would enjoy!

I realize you think Jesus Christ was only a man (despite His many assertions to the contrary) so you lack God’s Holy Spirit, which only indwells believers.
But you may still get something out of hand-writing the Holy Bible. It may lead you to the truth that Jesus Christ was God in the flesh.
Try it!

Roman has rambled throughout the night about his superior religious knowledge (over an atheist) 'purely' on the grounds of being a theist. (Study of the subject apparently isn't a factor, as clearly he is deficient in this regard).

Y'know, like Romans was saying.
