As has been pointed out before, your belief is not required for ghosts, Jesus, aliens, etc,etc. to exist.


And Ghosts, Jesus, aliens, etc,etc. are not required to exist, to bring about the beliefs they bring about.

This symmetry is not available in science.

Why do you say 'science'? Science didn't do anything. People did all the work, including developing science. So it wasn't 'science' that invented the bomb, it was people.
