The smug face and school-boy spelling is really rather comical. Bravo!

Try asking him if the First World War really took place and whether he considers it a matter of faith.

id be interested to know where you stand on forensic evidence used in a court of law. if there are no eye witnesses to a crime do you believe forensic evidence should or shouldnt be used?
Well good question, forensic evidence is questioned all the time, if it lines
up with all the other data points people accept it. If it does not they reject
it, and either way no matter what side is presenting the evidence that is
the way it is. With those who believe in evolutionary evidence they just
accept that which proves their point, unlike a case in law questioning the
evidence doesn't seem allowed by some.

Confident, I'm sure they would have dumped me back where they found
me the way I acted more than once. 🙂

I believe we are all creatures of faith, walking outside on the grass is a
matter of faith. What brought me to that example was falling into a sink
hole while on Adak Alaska when I thought I was on solid ground.

I suppose belittling me makes your case stronger in your eyes?

It might be an american thing in that they don't really get the notion of parady, but that said, I'm not actually belittling you at all (belittling your argument perhaps, but not you per-se)> I am simply taking your reasoning where it applies to such matters as the age of the earth and showing how silly it sounds when it is applied to a different branch of enquiry (in this case:- who are your actual biological parents)

You reason that the science (which we depend on on a daily basis) which answers that question isn't really reliable simply because we didn't happen to be there physically when the earth was created. But then feel insulted if one should adopt the same reasoning when it comes to matters *you* regard as obvious.

The creation or the beginning of all things started how? If you do not know,
you do not know! That is the bottom line and I'm sorry to say you claiming
knowledge you really don't have does not mean I'm missing anything. It
only means that I acknowledge what we see may not be able to show us the
true age of the universe. As I pointed out several times seeing a rate does
not really show us time, it only shows us the rate! Seeing a car speed down
the highway at 80mph does not mean it was 160 miles back two hours ago.

If the universe started suddenly as it is today exactly how would you be
able to use the position of a star to judge the age of the universe? The
star and the light hitting the earth would both be the same age no matter
how many million light years away the star was from the earth. If you don't
know how it began you don't know what to really look at to see the age!

Yes, belittling the other person may not be a good argument, but it is fun. 😏

It is fun but I cannot think of a time it is helpful.

Yes, you are correct. I just have not conquered my sinful nature.
