I guess the challenge would be, are there any scriptures in the koran indicating mercy, tolerance, for ones "enemies"? In other words, is there any balance on the subject or is it all, "Kill, kill, kill, die, die, die!!"

    Good question.

Yes, there are. But by the doctrine of abrogation the
moderate Muhammad of the first days was swept away
by the vile, angry, blood-thirsty, and power crazy one
    of the later days.

And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out: it is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire

Let's give it up for paranoiac self-mutilation!

And the implications for your cock are crystal clear.

Jesus is love. Jesus is one of the most charismatic figures
    ever stepping on this earth.

Jesus lived and preached all-encompassing love, spirituality,
    brotherhood and hope.

You cannot really compare a gospel of love and hope with
a gospel of war, inequality and hate.

Those who choose to be Mohammedans, so be it. God bless
them and may He forgive them. But I don't like that kind of
creed to be preached and acted near me. That is not the
world I want to live in.

Sorry, I am trying to stay away from Wikipedia.

I like my knowledge of things, no matter how small
and weak it may be at any point, to arise from more
    conventional sources.

    Thanks anyway.

Perfectly legitimate tool when used properly.

Do you disagree that you have a medieval Christian view of Muhammad?

Just because I hold you dear, I took the bother of reading
the link you provided. Here is my answer to you:

    * I do not think Mohammed is a false prophet.
    * I do not think Mohammed is a servant of Satan.
    * I do not think Mohammed is the anti-Christ.

How is my view of Mohammed similar to the one portrayed
    in the link you provided?

You seem to hold the view that Muslims worship Muhammad.
