Like this god would never have needed to do such a test because it would have already known the outcome in advance and therefore would never have needed to do the test. And so forth for all the other so-called god tests in the bible.
God knew that his apple on his tree would be stolen he knew this because he is God.
He knew this would happen
So why has he made a big deal about his apple
he knew it would be stolen because he is God
Just a thought!
Abe willing to off his son on the word of god, etc.

Yep, Abe, looks like you are loyal to me.
And this deity hadn't known that before that test?
Come on, can't you tell a human generated story when you see it?
Back then, nobody would have asked the question I just did, they would just take the story as given, their god talked to Abe, stopped him from offing his son.
Why can't people see the obvious here?

You sonhouse seem very much swollen with some kind of conceit.
Do you actually think that you are the first person to consider this paradox in the few thousands of years that account has been read and contemplated ?
This is like me saying "Hey all you chess players. I think getting the king in a position so it can't get out of check is a good idea ! "
I would humor you with my thoughts on the matter. But you'd probably only respond with something like - "Well, I have this other problem with such a deity over here."

God's and Abraham's relationship? Our world right now is all about finding what is real or
not even our science is just to do that. God would never need do such a thing if Abraham
had no choice in the matter.
Originally posted by sonhouseEven though God can tell the end from the beginning, how can God give man free will and not allow him to exercise his choices?

Anyway another thing I was thinking about which I am unsure about is this:
God made us in his image, is that corect?
What does that mean!
Ok I am a bit puzzled!
Our thoughts can be nasty our thoughts can be nice
We love we hate
We also do poos like ants, ducks and fish do
Does God do poos
We are f--ing mental war lovers
and war haters
We smell and so do pigs and goats
I am just unsure about some things.
Hope you peeps dont mind me asking!
