That is very noble and good that you try to tell the truth.
Many of us try.
But the fact is that though we try and desire to do the good, SOMETHING drags us down. Something in us overpowers our good intention.
Now it is so EASY to lie it is unbeliev ...[text shortened]... you may be surprised to realize HOW MUCH you actually twist, munipulate, misrepresent the truth.

No. want to try again?
If I jump down a window yelling "I AM NOT FALLING!" that may be lying if in fact I am plunging down to the ground.
If I am rescued from jumping out of that window and say in relief "I am NOT falling" that is the truth.
If Christ has come into me I may say "I am forgiven of my past sins" that is not wishful thinking. That is ...[text shortened]... n that it is hard sometimes to know where one ends and the other begins. That is sometimes true.

Are you "forgiven" for lying or not?
"If we say that we do not have sin, we are deceiving ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:8,9)

First let me see if I understand the question.
Originally posted by @sonshipIf you do not "confess to the Lord Jesus that [you] lied" will you lose your "salvation"?
My conscience in the Holy Spirit will convict me that I lied. First I should confess to the Lord Jesus that I lied.
Then I should confess to you that I lied if I have a chance.
Originally posted by @sonshipSo, if you lie you are "cleansed" because of your religious beliefs but if karoly aczel lies, he is not.
Because of the death of Christ for our propitiation which God ACCEPTED, it is the RIGHTEOUS thing for God to do to forgive us and cleanse us.

Originally posted by @sonshipSo if you are a liar, you believe your God HAS to forgive you, because you believe in Jesus, is that what you mean?
For the sake of Jesus Christ God is BOUND by His righteousness to be faithful to Christ's redemptive act.
Originally posted by @soothfastThere is not something fundamentally screwed up with hating evil and injustice.
To me, there has always seemed to be something fundamentally screwed up about a god who hates. Especially a God god who has a monopoly on all power in a Creation that He Himself created. If you make something that performs in a manner that you despise, who can you justifiably blame other than yourself? Especially if you purposefully build "free will" into the mechanism.
Originally posted by @fmfIf I have believed in Christ I have eternal redemption from that moment on. I will never be eternally condemned by God.
So if you are a liar, you believe your God HAS to forgive you, because you believe in Jesus, is that what you mean?
