I love those who I fellowship with.

No one particular group of believers has a corner on the Truth, but when Christ is preached, and loved by those who have trusted Him, then it doesn't really matter what church one belongs to.

What if there was someone who believed...oh, I don't know...that Jesus was a mortal human being and a proto-socialist?

So if one says you can only get to Heaven if you don't sin and another says if you just Believe then are both right, even if they conflict?

Guy Coleridge describes, along with any other pilgrim who loses his way by beginning with a myopic/horizontal focus. Absolute truth

existed before we were born, will be here after we die. Paul's priority one was to apprehend vertical/absolute truth. He got it right.

actually beetle i am back, and never even sniffed the King of Game Fish, that elusive creature, the Atlantic salmon! nor did i get occasion to read my Morphy book, kids every where! i was watching the temperature soar into the high thirties in Athens and wishing you somewhere cooler my friend, away from the relentless intensity of that Athenian sun!

Back then Athens was too stinky indeed and many where the times I wished I could head up a nice creek up there at Bonnie Scotland along with my Maria🙂

I hope ye gonna have lots of time from now on so you can enjoy yer Morphy book et al; btw this thread is hijacked by a Scot and a Greek big time -I hope Bostonian Lad will show some mercy😵
