I responded to that verse weeks ago.

The writer (Paul) is addressing Christian Jews who were thinking of abandoning Christianity and going back to Judaism and its sacrificial system. Paul is saying the sacrificial system used in the Old Testament is no longer valid due to Christ’s sacrifice, which established God’s New Covenant with man.
