I noticed during a recent game that the "system" incorrectly recorded my opponent's King side castling. It recorded it simply as though you would any other move. For example, e1g1. That's not right. Depending on the side castled, the notation should be O-O or O-O-O. (double check me but I'm pretty sure I wrote it right).
