I am having a tough time finding a good animation of the upcoming total eclipse.
Anyone have a good source?

Pretty hard to find:

https://svs.gsfc.nasa.gov/4579

Also here is a satellite image of Antarctica sea ice and land ice, false colors but image from landsat.

No, it isn't.
Its a compound of hundreds of Landsat images combined into a mosaic then combined with sea ice data from other satellites (not imaging satellites).

This image is one only. How they put it together I don't care about.
But it shows the Antarctica in a correct way. Not the flat earth way.
Let's see if MrFreaky accepts this image! 😉

The sizes, distances and orbits of the sun, moon and earth are NO coincidence.

It is all by design, and what makes the eclipse happen.

Repeating something like a broken clock won't make it true.

Denying the truth like a broken clock does not make the denial true.

Especially when it has been clearly shown to you.

I'm more interested in seeing an animation which shows:
• the earth rotating on its axis
• at its actual speed
• at its current tilt degree
• in the right direction
• as it orbits the sun
• with the moon orbiting the earth
• at its actual speed
• in proportion to the earth's spin and trajectory around the sun

Can't seem to find anything with all of these ingredients.

Is that true?
I noticed you only said it nine times, and I thought the rule was ten?

How do you explain the fact Luna is receding from Earth a few inches every year and some time in the future there will be no total eclipses of the sun?

Isn't there a thread designed for the 'miracle of total eclipse' already?

Didn't Chaney lose that debate? Why bring that nonsense up again?
Does he want to lose again?

For the record, I completely won that debate. Despite this being more of an atheist forum, than of science.

You are really delusional if you think you won. Didn't you even read my post that the moon is receding from Earth about 3 or 4 inches per year and some time in the future there will be no more eclipses? Also the first eclipses started about 1 billion years ago before there was even life on Earth so just why would that be something a god did? For what purpose? A billion years of eclipses and 999 million years later we come on the scene and you think it was all because of GOD? Get serious. Or Sirius, that would even be better....
