Treating everyone equally is discrimination. Got it.

Treating every reasonable person with equal respect isn't discrimination.
Insisting on giving everyone the same test designed to be unreadable to the blind is discrimination to the blind.
    got that?

Every child deserves equal money spent on his or her education.

Special people should not get special privilege.

Picking who should get extra resources is by definition discrimination.

If it were up to you, would you, or would you not, provide Braille exam papers for the blind if that meant a small amount of extra budget needed to be allocated for this purpose?

Actually, I would say it is discrimination (though not in the sense that we normally use in this context).

Eladar, however, is operating under the mistaken belief that discrimination is always bad because he isn’t capable of processing more complex ideas.

People with learning difficulties and communication problems should be allowed the chance to function in normal society.

After all, we let you post on these forums.

so a blind child doesn't 'deserve' any small amount of extra money spent on them to have any books written in braille?
Special people should not get special privilege.

does this "special people" include blind people and what is wrong with giving them the "special privilege" of braille?

Not the kind of (bad) discrimination, that includes racism, you mean by the word. Giving extra resources that have extra need for those extra resources, such the blind, isn't 'discrimination' in the same sense of being unfairly against some group of people.
Don't know what you have got against helping the blind.
If a school spent the small amount of money giving braille to a blind child, would you and any of the seeing children be shouting "that's unfair discrimination! It isn't fair that he is given braille but not us! Why is the school spending extra money for braille only for him and not for us seeing people? " ?

Some people deserve more help than others.

By the way, is this school a private school or a public school?

Strange how it can pick and choose who gets in.

Should kids with low iqs be kept out of schools just because they do not understand?

What an idiotic thing to say!
You think teaching a intellectually and physically
handicapped child will cost the same as teaching one that is not?

If all the doorways at your workplace were 4ft in height with ramps
would you not think that discrimination in favour of wheel-chair users?

Or is it ok to treat everyone the same?

If one kid gets extra money all kids should. All kids benefit from individual attention.

I am a teacher who believes all should get equal money. Spending extra money on special people is wrong.

But hey I do not get to secide how money is spent so I am just stating an idealistic opinion.
