I still don't see it as proof of evolution.

Everybody else is dishonest and lying - only he and his guru speak the truth😠

It is like the conspiracy theory that man did not land on the moon - if that WERE true, any one of a thousand people would at some point have broken ranks and said (perhaps on their deathbed) It was true - we filmed the whole thing in the Nevada desert!

To accuse the entire scientific establishment of dishonesty and lying is not only defamatory - it is physically and psychologically impossible!

Somebody in this thread already posted the fact that peer review (and highly competitive peer review at that!) would very soon show if there was anything wrong with a previous hypothesis and that new data shows etc etc. To accuse both such parties (and thousands of others) to collaborate to hide fact is just mind-numbingly stupid. 😞

Let's rather debate something interesting, rather than pandering to this stuck gramaphone record.πŸ˜€

You lie. You yourself are the most dishonest person in this thread.

There is nothing more to say on the matter.

You sound more and more like Dasa. Anyone who you think disagrees with you is a dishonest person even if you don't understand what they said.

I agree with Dasa on some things. So, I don't think he is completely
insane, just misguided.

Dasa says your religion is a lie. You say HIS religion is a lie. You can't both be right. Herein lies the problem. A god would not have made so many religions, they should all say the same basic story if it all came from one god.

On the one hand, you think Jesus was born from a virgin, died on the cross, came back to life magically 3 days later then ascended into heaven, having died for our sins.

Dasa says humans have been around for billions of years and we all should seek the godhead.

So tell me which god made all that stuff up?

I have said repeatedly that I do not reject science in general but only dishonest science.

I have been clear about that from the start.

Your comment was dishonest.

I think you said anyone believing in christianity was dishonest. Is there a difference between lying and being dishonest?

Again, show me the links to the human fossils with dinosaur conspiracy. I would love to expose that one to the world.

And that begs the question, if you are so certain about this, why haven't YOU exposed them to the world?

It is Satan that has influenced man to believe in false teaching. Even
your atheistic religion is a false teaching influenced by Satan. Dasa
also has been influenced by Satan. Only Jesus the Christ, the only
begotten Son of God, has revealed the truth, the way, and the life.

Atheism is not a religion, it is the absence of religion.

Atheists don't necessarily have anything common other than a lack of
religious belief.

Atheism in of itself has no teachings.

As an atheist I can see many different religions all claiming to have a
monopoly on the truth.
Yours is but one.

Religion offers one view of the world,
in my opinion a deeply flawed, dangerous and unnecessary view,
and science offers another.

The essential difference being;
Science seeks to describe the world via experimentation, observation,
reason and rationality.

And religion attempts in various ways to explore the divine, of which
there is no evidence, and by 'knowledge' of this divine, provide rules by
which to live.

The two views of the world are not compatible with each other...

although this does not stop people from using both...

people are more than capable of believing in mutually contradictory ideas.

You may very well object to evolutionary theory as a threat to your religion.
But you have no scientific basis to do so, the science is clear and irrefutable.

You can either accept the science and mould your religion to fit, or you can
reject science an go with your religion.

However you don't get to pick and chose which bits of science you like and
those you don't, at least not without getting labelled as a hypocrite.

Evolutionary theory is an essential corner stone of all modern biology,
medicine, palaeontology, and more...

These sciences produce a useful way of looking at the world which
allows us to do fantastic things like cure disease and feed vast numbers of
people.

Your religion doesn't do that.

Even if you do believe that all the evidence was planted by Satan...
it's useful, It allows us to do things we wouldn't be able to do otherwise.

You might believe the universe was created by god, possibly a few thousand
years ago.

But if it was.

It was created with about 13.2 billion years of back history and with
discoverable laws and rules which allow for modern science to function.

In short if its impossible to tell if the universe started 13.2 billion years ago,
or was created 6000 years ago with 13.2 billion years of history.

Why not go with the view that is actually useful, and is simpler?

Why not go with the one that allows you to cure small pox, over the one that
spreads aids through bigotry and misinformation?

Oh, and you can't threaten an atheist with hell, we don't believe it exists.

You have been indoctrinated very well to believe in the lies of Satan.
There is proof all around you that God is the creator of the universe.
It certainly did not create itself as you have been taught to believe.
You have blinders over your mind's eye that prevents you from seeing
clearly the wonders of the creations that could only be designed and
created by super intelligence and super power. Everything seems very
old to the unbeliever because he does not believe in the power of God
to create a mature man in less than a 24 hour day or the heavens in
a mature form as quickly as He created all the different kinds of plants
and animals and programmed them with the ability to reproduce after
their own kind.
