Black (unless the diagram is not what you intended).
Let's see. 1N~ (or 1.a8Q+ Qxa8 and Black easily wins) 1...Kb7! /freeing the queen from the obligation of guarding the a8 square/ 2.Kxe2 (or else 2...Qd1 or 2...Qd2) 2...Be7 and the queen gets in through the h-file giving Black an easy win.

I remember once seeing the following position:

Amazingly White can draw

hard to see how white could draw that, seems like bxc6 is forced (otherwise after ...axb5 black has a passed pawn) and ...bxc6 g5 Bf5 and white king and rook can penetrate to kingside.

anyway, my diagram is what I intented, and let me redefine my question.
If you would be black in my diagram, would you win it against me?

ilywrin, are you sure the White king is not on the c-file?

i guess everyone, at first glance, would think position is forced win for black (even my fritz8 says that and resigns when playing as white). Anyway, humans dont need to think way computers do, and so they can find a cunning way to get to "stuck-position", where despite great material difference neither side can do progress. So position is a dead draw.

Your position ilywrin bugs me really...still no idea

I need to think the way computers do! I'd love being a 2600 player...

Anyway, I don't see how white is supposed to save the game. I agree with ilywrin that black should win. If there is a resource available for white, it's very well hidden.

I can see a draw if the king is on the c-file.

I think I found it, finally.

1.Ba7+!! Kc7!
A) 1...Rxa7 2.b6! and black is slower than in the main line.
B) 1...Kxa7 2.b6+ Kb8 and black is again slower than main line.
2.b6+ Kd7 3.Kc1 Ke7 4.Kd1 Be6 5.Ke1 Rg8 6.Kf1 Rxg4
He can't let the white King hide in the corner and play for stalemate.
7.Bb8!
White's Bishop will watch the h2 pawn and his King will remain at f1. Black can't make progress.

Edit: added stalemate trap
