"What rolls down stairs alone or in pairs
Rolls over your neighbor's dog?
What's great for a snack and fits on your back?
It's Log, Log, Log!

It's Log, Log, it's big, it's heavy, it's wood.
It's Log, Log, it's better than bad, it's good!
Everyone wants a log! You're gonna love it, Log!
Come on and get your log! Everyone needs a Log!"

I have another question : If log b< 0, then what can be said about b?

Is the (b) refering to base, or is this an understood base 10, of b

the problem is if this is understood as log_10 (b) I dont see anyway (b) can be < 0

Think about this.

10^(-1) = 0.1

So what is log_10 (0.1) ?

The usual convention is that if the base is not given it is base 10.

ahhh....... I see Log_10(.1) = -1

I managed to completely abolish log's of fractions from my thought process..........😀

thanks again
