Obviously, since that's how the game ended 🙂

I don't understand why white didn't fork your bishop and king on move 45 instead of accepting a draw though.

Because that would be a dead draw.

Wrong coloured bishop.

To the OP I believe the correct question would be, "Is a win possible for white?"

I would say yes if we go back to whites 28th move.

White played 28.Rxd5? which led to a drawish opposite coloured bishops ending.
White should, instead, play 28.Rb5! when the rook is now on a safe light colour square and the pawn is dropping with 29.Bxd5. This gives much more chances for white to win.
