Originally posted by @vendaNo obvious pattern. With the exception of 180 and 90, the other eight numbers form pairs that total 360 (e.g.,18+342).
This is not a problem of my making but from a newspaper.I will be really impressed if anyone solves it without any clues. All the numbers represent degrees (as in angles not temperature).I can't find a "degree" symbol on my keyboard.
This is a 20 number sequence. Here are the first ten numbers what is the next number?
18(degrees remember),144,180,54,342,90,216,252,306,108
Originally posted by @vendaThey would appear to be parallel radians that add to 360 degs. The only one not matched is the number 180 so the next number would need to be 180 ?

Originally posted by @handyandy270 is matched with 90 so the next number needs to be 180 as I posted earlier

Next number could be 270 or 180.

The one after that is 324

Nice puzzle, you gave away too many numbers, too early!

Originally posted by @vendaExcellent - would never had got that - well done Wolfie.
Correct!!.
Well done!!
I would never have twigged it.
As I said, I just copied it out of the newspaper.
The numbers are degrees on a standard dartboard beginning at the number one through to 10.
The next number is the number 11 - 270 degrees from the top of the board
I assume Wolfgang has the one after correct (12 -324 degrees)
