This is not a problem of my making but from a newspaper.I will be really impressed if anyone solves it without any clues. All the numbers represent degrees (as in angles not temperature).I can't find a "degree" symbol on my keyboard.
This is a 20 number sequence. Here are the first ten numbers what is the next number?
    18(degrees remember),144,180,54,342,90,216,252,306,108

No obvious pattern. With the exception of 180 and 90, the other eight numbers form pairs that total 360 (e.g.,18+342).

Next number could be 270 or 180.

They would appear to be parallel radians that add to 360 degs. The only one not matched is the number 180 so the next number would need to be 180 ?

270 is matched with 90 so the next number needs to be 180 as I posted earlier

Some of the numbers are interior angles of regular polygons.
That might help someone. (Or not)

The one after that is 324

    Correct!!.
    Well done!!
I would never have twigged it.
As I said, I just copied it out of the newspaper.
The numbers are degrees on a standard dartboard beginning at the number one through to 10.
The next number is the number 11 - 270 degrees from the top of the board
I assume Wolfgang has the one after correct (12 -324 degrees)
