What do you mean by 'actual game'? The position can certainly be obtained via legal moves.

The posters so far forgot to mention/show the condition (proof is easy) for the solution: blacks last move MUST HAVE BEEN b7-b5.

I don't think you're correct there actually. Blacks black bishop would have had to move from f8-d6-b8, but it can't as there is a black pawn on c7....

Edit:ACtually i'm wrong, it could get to b8 via the a-file.
