Here's a blitz game I played. I was surprised that my opening wasn't glaringly unsound.

Anyone have any games that have this position: 1.e4 c5 2.c3 Nc6 3.d4 Nf6 4.e5 Nd5 5.c4 Ndb4

?

Can't find any. Its not something I usually play and just wanted to do some extra research into this. Thanks, and at least, enjoy the game!
And now the PGN poster won't post it... any help?

Thanks ChessPraxis.

Ok so looking at it again I see what white missed. White missed a huge move which was 9.Bxb4 that destroys blacks position.

Black missed the crushing 8...d3 which forces white to take the b4 knight... so I think his initial idea of Qa5 works and White fell into the trap when he went to chase the knight but black didn't see the right continuation. Whites first mistake I think was 4.e5, better was 4.d5.

Black might have been better to stick to the more usual lines like 2... d5 or 2... Nf6 against the Alapin.. but chances are those are the lines white had prepared for.
