Then 27...Qxg3+ and figure out how best to bring other pieces in.} 26. Kh2 {White coughs up a pawn rather than suffer the Q infiltration.} Nf2 {Obviously, black will try this instead of ...Ng5 if he thinks he can get away with it.} 27. Qd4 {He missed the next shot, although I still had to think a bit to bring down the defenses even with this gift.} Rxf3 {! With the point that 28.gxf3 Qh3+ 29.Kg1 Qxg3+ 30.Kf3 Bd3+ is curtains.} 28. Re6 {A fascinating desperation move that throws a wrench into the gears. After lengthy thought, it seemed best to un-hang the Rook and get rid of white's B that's creating the mate threat. It's risky. The more prudent choice is ...Rf7.} Rxc3 29. Rxd6 {?? Oh no. 29.Rxa7! was a better try, creating a latent mate if the Q moves, and setting the trap 29...Rxc4?? 30.Qxc4! Qxa7 31.Re8#. 29...Rb7? looks risky because of the back rank, so black's only way to keep the win may be the drastic 29...c5.} Qf5 {! I really liked this move.
